These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.skillchowk.in and any courses or services provided by Skillchowk, operated by English Kagunitha (MSME UDYAM-KR-13-0067902), Navanagar, Hubli – 580025, Karnataka. By accessing this website or enrolling in any course you agree to these terms.
All course fees are payable in advance before the start of each month or batch. Fees may be paid via UPI, bank transfer or cash at the Hubli centre. Enrolment is confirmed only after receipt of full payment. Skillchowk reserves the right to change fees with 15 days prior notice.
Skillchowk operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a course fee is paid, no refund will be issued under any circumstances including change of mind, inability to attend, relocation, personal reasons, or dissatisfaction with the course. We strongly recommend attending a FREE demo class before enrolling.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Skillchowk does not provide compensatory classes for missed sessions in group batches. Students in 1-on-1 coaching may reschedule with 24 hours advance notice.
Students are added to a WhatsApp support group. Rules: No political, religious or offensive content. No spam or advertisements. Respect all members and the trainer. Group content must not be shared outside. Violation results in removal with no fee adjustment.
All content on this website and in course materials is the property of Skillchowk and English Kagunitha. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or sell any Skillchowk content without prior written permission.
Skillchowk shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of this website or participation in any course, including loss of employment, exam failure, or any personal outcome. Course results depend entirely on student effort.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hubli, Karnataka.
